Baraza Media Lab coordinates a consortium of creative partners to deliver skilling, reskilling, and upskilling programs across Kenya’s creative economy. The initiative has established innovative and cultural learning hubs in Nairobi, Kisumu, Mombasa,  and Nakuru, offering inclusive spaces for hands-on training, mentorship, and collaboration.

Key Training Areas:

  • Fashion, Garments & Accessories: Design, production, mentorship, and job placement.
  • Film, Television & Audio-Visual: Film production, content creation, and digital storytelling.
  • Music & Performing Arts: Masterclasses and workshops to enhance performance and networks.
  • Gaming & Digital Content Creation: Game design, animation, multimedia, and audience engagement.

Impact:
Baraza Media Lab is cultivating a new generation of creative professionals equipped with practical skills, mentorship, and access to infrastructure, empowering young people to pursue sustainable careers within Kenya’s growing creative industries.
